PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY. BY CREATING AN ACCOUNT OR USING THE ATLAS NETWORK APP, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE APP.

1. ACCEPTANCE AND ELIGIBILITY

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Atlas Network, LLC ("Atlas," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the Atlas Network mobile application and all related services (collectively, the "Service").

1.1 Eligibility Requirements

To use Atlas Network, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Own or operate a registered business entity (LLC, S-Corp, C-Corp, sole proprietorship, or equivalent registered business)
• Provide accurate business verification documents upon request
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law
• Not have a previously terminated Atlas account without express written permission to create a new one

1.2 Business Verification

Atlas is exclusively for verified business owners. Upon registration, you must submit documentation sufficient to verify your business status. Atlas reserves the right to approve or deny verification at its sole discretion. Submitting false, fraudulent, or misleading verification documents will result in immediate permanent termination and may be reported to law enforcement.

2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND SECURITY

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. Atlas is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized account use.

You may not create accounts for others without their express consent, operate multiple accounts, or create an account on behalf of an entity you do not control.
